CvB Spaces is a boutique location-leasing agency. Unlike agencies that seek to represent as many properties as possible, we provide intimate access to a small, carefully selected group of unique properties. CvB, herself an artist and author, has either owned, lived in, or personally spent time in each of the properties we represent. At CvB, we are enthusiasts who love architecture, photography, and film; we seek unique places as much for our own pleasure as for your art. This site is a place where we can share our spaces with you. Among our many previous clients, we have provided locations for Warner Brothers, NBC, 20th Century Fox, Silvercup Studios, Seventeen magazine, Essence magazine, Grey Goose Vodka, and Mercedes Benz.
